My daughter really loved the story and used the easy to follow diagram at the back to make Ted's circuit. She loved testing out the experiment, and thanks to Ted's book, she knew right away why the kit wouldn't work on some things and work on others around the house! She knew with the story, she was able to explain why! This has led her to ask a barrage of questions...Why does it....? Will this work...? What if I...? Finishing with her saying "I'm a scientist now!” Absolute great find!

This isn't a bad book at all. I brought this book because my child likes to explore using her hands, as most kids do, and as parents we know that 'can' be detrimental on the house and the parents state-of-mind lol! But this book is quite unique! Everything in one complete package, so no more headache purhcasing additional items to keep her focussed. I especially like the ongoing story, because she now has something to look forward too! Doesn't break the bank, and she's thoroughly enjoying the book and kit! Now I have something to get her for Christmas. Great stuff! Good find.
